For Swiss SMEs & Financial Institutions

Custom software.
Real analytics.
AI advice, if you want it.

I'm not a consultant running workshops. I'm a founder and developer who analyzes your data, builds the software and analytics platforms — like ARCOS — your organization actually needs, and takes on an advisory role for digitalization, automation and AI questions only when you want one.

30 minutes, no obligation — a clear, honest read on your situation.

How I Work

Analysis and software first. Advisory only if you want it.

Many firms get offered an «AI transformation» before anyone has looked at their actual data or processes. I start the other way round: understand what's really going on, build what's needed — and offer an advisory conversation on top, never as the default.

Analyze

I look at your processes, data and organizational structure and tell you plainly what's actually there — no slideware, no jargon.

Build

Custom software and analytics platforms — including ARCOS — designed for your organization and installed in your own infrastructure.

Advise — on request

If you'd like a second opinion on digitalization, automation or AI, I take on that role gladly — as an advisor, not a vendor pushing a package.

The Three Pillars

AI Advisory, Analytics Platforms & Custom Software — in that order of dependency.

Each pillar can stand on its own. But together they follow a logic: software creates the foundation, ARCOS creates visibility, and AI advisory only earns its place once the first two are there.

Pillar 1

Custom Software Development

«Does your software actually fit how your business works — or are you working around it?»

Off-the-shelf tools rarely fit a Swiss SME or financial institution exactly. I design and build software tailored to your processes and data — yours to own and run, not rented from a platform.

What you get

  • Software that matches your actual workflow, not a generic template
  • Full ownership — the code and the data are yours
  • No vendor lock-in and no recurring SaaS surprises
  • A technical foundation the next two pillars can build on
Pillar 2

Analytics Platforms (ARCOS)

«Do you actually know what's happening in your organization — or are you guessing from outdated reports?»

ARCOS is my own People Intelligence platform: it turns scattered organizational data into a live, decision-grade picture — skills, bottlenecks, workload and risk, always current.

What you get

  • Skills and knowledge mapped automatically from real work, not surveys
  • Bottlenecks and single-person risk visible before they become a crisis
  • Decisions based on the organization's current state, not last quarter's spreadsheet
  • Runs on-premise — nDSG-compliant, no data ever leaves your infrastructure

Honest note: you may not need AI advisory at all.

For many organizations, the first two pillars already solve the actual problem: clean data, a working analytics platform, decisions grounded in reality. AI is only worth discussing when it solves a concrete problem measurably better than that — and I'll tell you plainly if that's not the case. That's the difference between an advisor and a salesperson.

Pillar 3

AI Advisory

«Where would AI genuinely help — and where would it just be theatre?»

When there's a real transformation question — digitalization, automation, or where AI fits — I'm available as an advisor: an outside perspective from someone who implements these systems himself, not someone selling a package.

What you get

  • An honest read on whether AI solves your actual problem
  • Advice from someone who implements, not just presents
  • No retainer required — engaged only if and when you want it
  • On-premise options throughout, so advice stays practical, not theoretical
The Honest Numbers

AI is not a cure-all — most projects fail.

Not because the technology is bad, but because the foundation is missing: clean data, working systems, a real business case. The major 2025/2026 studies agree:

95%
of enterprise GenAI pilots deliver no measurable business return — despite $30–40 billion in investment.
MIT NANDA, «The GenAI Divide», 2025
42%
of companies scrapped the majority of their AI initiatives in 2025 — up from just 17% the year before. On average, almost every second pilot dies before production.
S&P Global Market Intelligence, 2025
>50%
of GenAI projects were abandoned after the proof-of-concept stage by the end of 2025 — more than the original 30% forecast.
Gartner, 2024/2025

Why do they fail? The studies keep naming the same reasons — and none of them is «the AI wasn't good enough.» The foundation is almost always missing. That's exactly why I work bottom-up: software first, then analytics, and only then — if it's warranted — an AI conversation.

What's the return on a working system?

Realistic model with built-in caution: the benefit comes from eliminated coordination and admin work plus direct savings (licenses, external IT, rework), with a risk discount against wishful thinking. Every assumption is adjustable.

About Me

Patrick Jauslin — I build things; I don't hand out slide decks.

I spent over 24 years in Swiss financial services and saw firsthand where digitalization and AI projects actually fail: rarely the technology, almost always missing groundwork and concepts nobody can use.

That's why I work differently: I analyze, and I build the software myself — running in your own infrastructure. If you want an advisory conversation on top, I'm glad to have it — but it's never assumed, and never the default engagement.

«Clarity, not slides.» That's the standard I hold every piece of work to.

My Platform

ARCOS PI — the tool behind pillar two.

For the analytics pillar, I bring a finished, proven platform — installed in your environment, with no cloud dependency.

People Intelligence

ARCOS PI

ARCOS PI is an organizational intelligence system for leaders. It makes visible what's actually inside your organization — and answers the questions nobody else can reliably answer: Who can do what? Where are the bottlenecks? What risks are hiding in knowledge and staffing?

The system learns from day-to-day work — skills don't need to be maintained by hand, they're recognized from actual activity. Leadership decisions rest on the organization's real state, not outdated lists.

  • Skills & knowledge map — where knowledge lives, where the gaps and concentration risks are
  • Find experts — questions land automatically with the people who can answer them
  • Bottleneck & risk analysis — critical knowledge sitting with one person becomes visible before they leave
  • Team & staffing decisions — the matchmaker suggests the right people for a project
  • Overload detection — who's carrying too much, where work is piling up
  • Leadership cockpit — the state of the organization at a glance, not across twenty lists
On-premise means: your data stays inside your company. No external cloud services, no dependency on tech giants — compliant with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) and FINMA expectations.
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer traditional AI consulting?

Yes. AI advisory is part of what I offer — but analysis-led, not workshop-first. Before any AI recommendation, I look at your actual data, processes and organizational structure, and build what's needed, including custom software and the ARCOS analytics platform. Advisory sits on top of that work, available on request rather than sold as the default engagement.

What should I look for when choosing an AI advisory provider in Switzerland?

Three things: (1) Does the provider start with your actual data and processes, or with a generic framework? (2) Is the outcome a working system, or a slide deck and a phased roadmap? (3) Where does your data run — on your own infrastructure, or in a system you don't control? At Quantix Systems: your data first, working software second, advisory only on top.

Is Quantix Systems a fit for a Swiss SME looking for AI consulting?

If you want a workshop series and a strategy deck, probably not — that's not the model. If you want someone to analyze what's actually happening in your organization, build the software or ARCOS deployment that addresses it, and only then discuss AI strategy if it's still relevant, yes. A free 30-minute call clarifies which one applies to you.

What is ARCOS?

ARCOS is an on-premise People Intelligence platform developed by Quantix Systems. It maps skills, surfaces bottlenecks and staffing risk, and gives leadership a live, decision-grade view of the organization.

Does my organization need AI at all?

Not necessarily. Many organizations solve their real problem with clean data and a working analytics platform alone. AI is only worth pursuing when it solves a specific problem measurably better than that — assessed with a business case, not assumed.

Does my data stay in Switzerland?

Yes. Systems are deployed on-premise inside your own infrastructure, in line with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG) and FINMA expectations. There is no dependency on external cloud providers.
